Concrete Block Blast Walls
Our concrete block blast walls are designed using our Stackabloc system. The blocks are 800mm wide x 800mm high x 1600mm long with eight interlocking buttons. The blocks are configured to allow the wall to resist the design blast load. Smaller dimensions are also available
For greater resistance steel bars are cast into the blocks which make them easy to lift and move.
Free standing blast walls are useful when plant needs to be maintained as the wall can be taken down and rebuilt very easily. This is useful for transformer bays and similar projects.
